2–3 business days. Priority service available on request.
You’re welcome to bring your own preferred strings — this ensures you get exactly the gauge, brand, and type you like.
If you’d like us to provide the strings, we can source them for you at the time of your service for an additional cost. Please note we don’t keep strings on hand like a retail store, so we only purchase them once your guitar is here.
Important: If you’re changing string gauge, even for a simple restring, your guitar may require a setup with neck relief adjustments to compensate for the added or reduced tension. We’ll let you know if this is recommended so your guitar continues to play perfectly.
Tip: Let us know your preferred strings when booking so we can source the right set and advise on any necessary adjustments during your appointment.
Typically every 6–12 months; more often if you gig, use alternate tunings, or play heavily.
Restringing is basic maintenance; a full setup adjusts every detail for optimal playability.
Yes — adjustments free within 7 days if needed.
