📍 All work is done in my private home workshop in Hamilton. Visits are by appointment only — please get in touch first, as I don’t operate a walk-in store.
Typical turn around time is 1–2 days.
If parts need to be ordered expect 1 week for domestic stock or 2–4 weeks for international orders.

Guitar Wellness is run by Shaun Trillo, a guitar player with 25 years experience playing and working on guitars. He previously managed the guitar section of the Rockshop for 7 years as well as setting up and maintaining all of the guitars and basses in the store, and those of countless satisfied customers.
